Q.What type of tenants will be going into the property?
A.the tenants will all be families placed by a local organisation.

Q.How long will they be in the property for?
A.there is no set time limit in which the families will be occupied however the lease payments will be made across the entirety of the lease.

Q.What is the minimum and maximum lease terms?
A.the minimum term is 12 months, the maximum 5 years with break clauses periodically.

Q.what if a tenant damaged the property?
A.all damages will be repaired at a cost to the leaseholder (us)

Q.who is responsible for repairs in the property?
A.the leaseholder will be responsible for all repairs to the property excluding roof, structure, external drainage (unless proven to be the fault of our tenant), statutory services.

Q.In what condition are you willing to accept the property?
A.all conditions will be considered subject to agreement, should extensive works be required we would expect a longer lease period with few break clauses and also a negation on the monthly fee or a rent free period subject to agreement.

Q.what happens if the tenant causes issue with neighbours and there are anti social behaviour issues?
A.the tenants have no legal rights over the property and we have the right to remove any problem tenants without notice to them.

Q.How will the money be paid?
A.the money can be paid in advance upon agreement, a deposit could also be held as long as it is held in the correct legal manner.

Q.how will the tenants be managed?
A.the tenants will be managed by our dedicated management team with many years of experience in managing property.
